We have our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden however, we are open for remote hiring and already have team members based in: Geneva, Monaco, Amsterdam & Novi-Sad to name a few locations.

‍Step 1: Application Collection:
‍We start our process by gathering as many applications as possible. This wide net ensures we don't miss out on diverse talents who can contribute uniquely to our team. We value every application and take the time to review them thoroughly. In your application, we encourage you to include your salary expectation range. This helps us understand your expectations and ensure that we are on the same page right from the beginning. It’s a step towards transparency and efficiency in the hiring process.

‍Step 2: The Interview Stage:
‍Selected candidates will be invited to an interview. This is an opportunity for us to know you beyond your resume and for you to understand our company culture and vision. Our interviews are designed to be conversations rather than interrogations, focusing on your skills, experiences, and how you align with HVNT’s values.

‍Step 3: Skill Assessment:
‍For certain positions, particularly in engineering, we include a practical test phase. This step is crucial for us to assess technical skills and problem-solving abilities. We ensure these tests are fair and relevant to the job you're applying for.

Step 4: Final Rounds
Candidates who successfully pass the skill assessment phase are invited for final interviews, preferably in person at our Stockholm HQ. This step is a crucial part of our process, offering a chance for face-to-face interaction and providing a deeper insight into the HVNT work environment and team dynamics. It’s an opportunity for mutual assessment and ensures a good fit for both parties (Please note that remote versions of this is also available for international/remote hires).

Step 5: Employee Selection
‍After the final interviews, our team will carefully review all aspects of the candidates' applications, interviews, and assessments. This step is crucial as we not only look for the right skills and experience but also for someone who truly fits into HVNT's culture and values. The selected candidate will be offered the position, and we will also provide feedback to other finalists where possible. We believe in maintaining transparency and respect throughout this process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

‍Hiring Timeline:
‍As a smaller team, our hiring process may take a bit longer than at larger corporations. However, this allows us to dedicate more care and effort into selecting our colleagues. We strive to make our hiring process as smooth and transparent as possible, keeping you informed at every stage.
